Zuffenhausen History Walk

This year also saw the launch of site tours through the factory premises in Zuffenhausen. The tour is available for up to ten people and leads groups past the striking brickwork building of “Plant 1”, the home of Porsche since 1938. These guided tours bring together the past, present and future: Using a tablet, visitors get to see historic images from the sports car manufacturer’s origins in Zuffenhausen while standing in front of the updated and expanded factory. From 2019, the parent plant will also produce the Taycan, Porsche’s first pure electric sports car, in addition to the 911 and 718 models.
